Delete File/Folders from Cloud

Find out how to easily delete files and folders from the cloud using My Data Portal, an exclusive digital platform for clients of Data Deposit Box.

 

  1. Log into the My Data Portal.
  2. On the dashboard, scroll down to the Device List.
  1. Click Manage next to the system from which you wish to delete files/folders. (Note: The system must have the status: Connected).
  2. In the My Files section, navigate to the files/folders you wish to remove from the cloud.
