How to update your payment information

This article explains how to update your payment information in the My Data Portal. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the My Data Portal using your Data Deposit Box Backup credentials.
  1. On the dashboard click your user icon icon in the top right.
  2. In the drop down the pops up click Payment Information
  3. Click to modify the Payment Information section

  4. Complete the payment Information.



Click to cancel changes or Click to save your updated payment information
