Forgot your Password

Follow these easy steps to reset your password in My Data Portal, an online platform exclusively for clients of Data Deposit Box.

 

  1. Go to your My Data Portal.

  1. Click the option Forgot your Password?
  2. Enter the email address or username you use to access your Data Deposit Box account.
  1. Click on the Submit button and you will get the following confirmation:
  1. When you receive the email with the subject Data Deposit Box Password Reset, open it and click on the link Reset Password.
  2. Enter your new password in the fields: New Password and Confirm Password. Then, click the Change Password button.
