Login to your mydata portal.
Select your device from your machine list.
Navigate to the system management screen, device settings section
Under the CPU usage bar there’s an option to disable backup while the system is in use
By default this is left unchecked – disabled
To enable this function, simply check the box and click save
By checking the box, backups will be suspended while the device is in use, and resume when the device is not in use.
