To configure your device backup schedule, you’ll need to navigate to your device settings.
From your mydata portal dashboard, scroll down the page to your machine list.
Beside the device you’d like to configure, select the Manage button.
A device specific settings window will then pop up on your screen.
Scroll down to the area with the title disable backup during selected hours.
Select which hours you wish to suspend backups by clicking on the corresponding day and time blocks
You can also suspend backups automatically by selecting the block work hours to suspend the backups between 9am-5pm on weekdays.
To clear all selections, simply click the unblock all button.
Once you completed selecting your suspend backup days and times, click the save button
