Both single file and multi-file restores are supported.
To restore data, login to your mydata portal.
Select your device from your machine list.
Navigate to the My files section
To restore a single file, navigate to the file you want to restore and click the download icon next to it.
The file will be zipped, prepared and listed in your my downloads section in a window on the right of the page.
When the file is ready to be restored, it will be listed in your my downloads section.
To restore, simply click the download icon from your my downloads window on the corresponding available file.
Double click the file from your downloads folder and extract.
For multi file restores, select all the files and folders to restore
Once you’ve selected all your files they’ll be listed in the download window on the right
Then set the time for the restore and click download
The zip file preparation will begin and when completed, you can download to single zip file with all your files.
