How to change your password

This article explains how to change your password in the My Data Portal. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the My Data Portal using your Data Deposit Box Backup credentials.
  2. On the dashboard click your user icon icon in the top right.
  3. In the drop down the pops up click My Settings
  4.  Click Change Password
  5. Enter your Old Password. Enter the new password and confirm the password then click Submit when done.
