1)Log into the mydata portal
2)Place Check next to the system you wish to run the clean up on
3)Click Cleanup at the top of the page.
4)On the this screen you will click Refresh to compare your local files to the data the system has in the cloud
5)If there are Orphan files you will then click Next at the top of the screen
6)You next Check the folders/files you wish to remove from the cloud.
8)Next you will click Finish to confirm the removal of the orphan files selected to be removed.
